Cupid’s Dance Party - Turn on your favorite tunes and dance like no one’s watching! Dancing is a great way to keep your heart strong. Love Your Heart Walks – Go for a family walk after dinner and talk about things you love—family, food, pets, or fun memories!

Outdoor Winter Play – If there’s snow, get outside for sledding, ice skating, or a playful snowball fight—great for getting the heart pumping! Other great examples of heart-healthy physical activities include running, jumping rope, swimming, dancing, walking, biking, and more!

Family Fitness Challenge: Set a goal to move for 30 minutes every day in February. Track your progress on a chart and celebrate at the end of the month with a fun reward (like a family movie night)!
